Possibility to place the second axis Y on the right side of the chart
We need the possibility to arrange functions either bound to the first axis Y (placed on the left) or to the second axis Y (on the right) that differs from the first.

RiaOlapGrid: Save layout with info about widths of user-ajusted columns
Now user is allowed to resize columns but this info is not stored in layout files.

Direct: Entity and Linq for SQL data models as data source structures for OLAP Cube
Right now OLAP Cube recognizes just one type of the data source structure - a standard DataSet. But we'd like it to operate with Entity Data Model and Linq for SQL Data Model as well.
