fix the filter

In OLAP Grid and Chart, it is too complicated to get a filter to select only one element. Especially when returning to the filter, you end up getting "all elements except: (long list here")

        GUI (Hierarhy Editor) response time is too long in the case of bit larger hierarchy. In few cases an application looks like it was hanged.
