We need to calculate rolling sum with OLAP Grid without hardcoded binding to hierarchy structure.

The only way we could manage to do this is highly depends on our date dimension hierarchy: it is hard-coded that the 0th level is year, 1st is month and the 2nd is day, and no other hierarchy levels exist.
