Ria OLAP Grid: Include optional checkbox in headers to enable user to hide column/row headers easily

Would be good if a mini-checkbox (icon-style) could be included in column and row headers (optional via a property) that could be checked to Hide the row/column. This would be much easier than the right click 'Hide this member' option

        Also the ability to hide 'all members except this' from an icon (similar to the drill-down icon) on the header instead of having to right click
