Possibility to place the second axis Y on the right side of the chart

We need the possibility to arrange functions either bound to the first axis Y (placed on the left) or to the second axis Y (on the right) that differs from the first.

This is a rather frivolous aesthetics issue... RadarCube has other, more urgent issues...
Too bad this got this high amount of votes... It turns out looks are more important than utility to a lotta people...
